Hi, I'm Liz Long.

I didn't plan any of this. I just knew something had to change.

I was living in Boston with five roommates, saving as much as I could and cutting back wherever I could, but still barely keeping up. I graduated in 2021 with a degree in English Literature, landed a job in book publishing, and by all accounts was doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing. But it didn't feel like enough.

I tried to get people to come traveling with me. I asked everyone. Nobody could commit. At some point I realized that if I kept waiting for the right person to say yes, I'd be waiting forever. So I went alone. Terrified, but I went.

That decision changed everything.

Now I get to share what I've learned with you, so you have more tools, more resources, and more honest guidance than I had when I started. It's scary. But the best part of scary is proving to yourself that you can do it.
